Andrea Is just something else with the way she ensures you get the most out of this wonderful app. Not only is it super beginner friendly, but it also just does the job so effectively. Needless to say, Andrea's expertise in knowing what is best for your particular needs is just unmatched. It's really what makes this app so great and better than all the other ones; It's simplicity and just outstanding customer service. Truly the best! We are using the app to assist with engagement. It loaded up perfectly and when we had a minor issue, customer support at Giveaway Ninja jumped right in. Not only did they clarify things for us they dove in and optimized things for us. Full marks!

Amazing App. Customer support is crazy good. I asked them to remove a visible feature and they did. Edited the code for me within 30 min. I had an issue another time months later and they fixed it within 2 hrs. Can't speak highly enough of how quick they help. 10/10.

So, I had an issue with installation and I reached out to Andrea. You'll see his name everywhere on Giveaway Ninja.

He identified my issue immediately and corrected it. I was up and running in minutes of me telling him what was going on.

The support was amazing. They helped me to solve all the things I wanted, and I didn't need to do anything myself. And they also gave me a gift . How cool is that.. Thanks

I was getting super frustrated as I couldn't get an HTML code to work, so I reached out to customer support and Andrea was the nicest, most patient support person I've ever encountered, and SO helpful! Come to find out, it was my own error that was interfering with the code embedding. I haven't gotten further than that in utilizing the actual app, but I absolutely would recommend Giveaway Ninja based solely on their customer service. :)
