First, we loved the app as it is. But then we had a "non-conventional" :) request for functionality from Givy as a charity. We’ve been using Givy on our Shopify store and it’s been a fantastic addition to our customer experience. Easy to work with, responsive to questions. Givy provides features similar to other apps at a much more reasonable cost.

Customer Service is excellent. If you are looking for a more robust solution for your store then the out of box Shopify cards then Givy could be for you. The other part that I like is that they are releasing new functions to improve the app.

Simple to install and has been seamless in creating bulk gif cards for various promotions, super easy instructions and whenever help is needed it is never far away!
