Excellent support and a very useful app!
I had a fairly complex setup with FANbox and Sameday Easybox, different shipping rates for standard and personalized products, and post-purchase pickup point selection. Adam was extremely helpful, responded quickly, checked the setup directly, and helped identify and solve the issue. The app now works exactly as I needed. Great support, very professional and patient. Highly recommended!

We've been using Shopify for several years, and during that time I've tried a few different shipping apps. This one is by far the simplest and most intuitive solution I've used.

You can tell it was built by someone who truly understands how e-commerce businesses work. One feature I especially love is being able to update a customer's address or pickup point directly from the order page, without jumping between different screens. It saves time and makes the whole workflow much smoother.

Another huge advantage is the pricing. There are no hidden fees for extra integrations or essential features - you know exactly what you're paying for.

What impressed me the most is the support. Whenever I had a question or ran into an issue, the team responded incredibly fast and always helped me resolve it. I also suggested a feature that I felt was missing, and to my surprise, they implemented it very quickly. It's rare to find a team that listens to user feedback and acts on it so fast.

We’ve been using Globe for over two years without any issues and it has proven to be a fast and reliable solution for our store. The setup was straightforward and the interface is intuitive, so we were able to get everything running quickly without unnecessary complexity. The seamless integration with our fulfillment process has been especially valuable. It keeps order handling and shipping well organized, reduces manual work and makes our daily operations smoother and more efficient.

App works fine for our GLS parcel deliveries. It tracks status of each parcel and automatically collects COD payments on open orders which saves us a lot of time. Also very helpful and quick support by Adam. We appreciate the high responsiveness. Easy 5 stars.

Excellent app and outstanding customer support

The app works perfectly with FOXPOST, GLS and MPL pickup points, including our separate card payment and cash-on-delivery shipping options.

We had a configuration issue, and Adam was incredibly helpful, patient and thorough. He investigated everything carefully, found the exact cause of the problem and fixed it very quickly.

A great app that perfectly meets all my needs for shipping to the EU. But what I really have to highlight is the support (Adam)!!! He helps immediately and resolves issues, which is crucial when you need to send packages. His willingness to address features that aren’t part of the app is also exceptional. For that alone, they deserve six stars.

Absolutely the most responsive support team of any app we use. They take care of everything quickly and reliably. If there’s an integration they don’t yet offer but we need it, I simply mention it to them and within just over a week it’s built. Excellent service and highly recommended.
