Globo Mega Menu, Navigation

On paper it looks great, and when set-up it works well. But to actually work with it is a nightmare, especially trying to edit menu items. At best actions are slow to respond, and most other times the edit just puts the menu in an unresponsive state - often requiring to delete an entire menu tree, and just to start from scratch.
Would be a big thumbs-up for some amateur coders free beta version, but definitely not what one would expect from a premium priced commercial app.

At first, this app can be a little bit confusing to get your head around but the developer customer service gets back to you so quickly and helps with any questions. I set the template of my menu up within an hour or so but then found that the "Mega Menu" option was not responsive. I contacted customer service and within a few hours, everything works properly on the menu and I was given an explanation as to why it was not working in the first place.

I have made customisations to my menu and asked support for a lot of help and they have had a lot of time for my requests and always been very helpful. This is the best mega menu app for Shopify stores for the price by a mile, so don't hesitate to try it out.

I have use this app for my sites for year now, never have any issues. 5 star for the customer support, i had some minor issues when change to different a theme and they help me out right away,

Easy to use with flexible menu design options and very responsive support team who helped to get my menu showing correctly on my store within hours of my request.

I congratulate the positive evolution of the application, I tried it a year ago but there was too much bug, today it is perfect.

The support took the time to solve some configuration problems and was very reactive (considering the time difference)

For me, this is the best menu app for aesthetics and customization.

Other menu application or you will pay 20 € ($) per month, with lower quality. The price here defies all competition.
