I normally hate having to reach out for help, but I tried over and over to fix my tech issue and had done all I could on my end to no avail. Then, I reached out to customer service, and they got back to me within 10 mins they explained we are in a big time zone difference and about a possible delay in timing because of this (totally understandable) and they explained exactly what to expect. Not many explain what to expect right off and this is a good quality to have. Good Job on communication skills! I think it was late for them, but they still sent me the request to fix and when I got up this morning USA (EST) time it was all fixed. I am really impressed with the level of customer service! Keep up the good work and thank you!
Awesome support, helped me with all my requests and very friendly. The app has alot of great options, if you want to add something on your menu that isn't in the app, you can always contact their team and they will gladly help you. Overall a nice experience and do recommend!
The best support EVER. I have downloaded a lot of apps from the Shopify store, but this company provides the BEST customer support by far compared to anyone else. I dont usually write reviews, but these guys surpassed my expectations and helped sort out every minor issue I had with the app. Their developers are excellent. Will be downloading a few more Globo apps. 5 STARS!!! Highly recommend!

Menu only working in mobile but not in desktop.Is there any setting to show menu in both mobile and desktop.Can you help me with this.
This is quite possibly the best mega menu app on the market right now. I tried several other and then settled on this one for its clean user interface and easy administration.
I had a terrible experience with this app, and the customer service is not very well either. When requesting help to install the app properly, they made changes that did not work at all, and published it so it was live! When I asked if they could revert the changes, they did not respond. Also, the menu did not include brand logo or cart, essential for any ecommerce store (how can you buy if there is no cart?)
