Great app. However, very expensive recurring fee.

I used this app to get a quick and easy Mega Menu set up. The setup itself is easy though we ran into some problems with the app conflicting with our theme made by the same developers. The app support is great, so our issue was fixed by them in a day or two. We've contacted support for a few little fixes since and they've always been very helpful and quick.

It's a good app for what we need for our website. So glad we found it to help with product optimization. We look forward to doing more.

We created a custom menu together. Helen did a fine job. It took some time but we got it to work. Great job.

Al principio un poco de trabajo hasta que le agarras la vuelta. Lo recomiendo solo debes de prestar un poco de atención a los pasos a seguir .I tu tienda quedara increible.Les pondre una critica constructive pongan la obcion de quitar el cartel de feedback de la aplicasion para poder hacer actualizaciones desde el telefono .Queda justamente encima del boton guardar y no se puede hacer cambios desde el telefono. Gracias

Globo Mega Menu is user friendly overall. When updating our menu with vendor icons, the icons were so small, they were unreadable. I reached out to customer support and they resolved the issue within a day. My one frustration is if you add a new menu item and want to move it around to be in alphabetical order, it is difficult to get everything in the right location. Otherwise, I am happy with the app.

Good app for mega menu options. I needed some extra css coding and the development team has supported me perfectly within their possibilities.

No instructions except long video. Very hard to use.

They have good support but I wasted so long on this and got extremely frustrated as there is little instruction and there were too many options for the lack of instructional material. If they made it way more user friendly and intuitive, and added better instructions, it it would be a good app.

EDIT: The developer contacted me saying they were going to be making a manual for next week so I changed my review to 4 stars. Thank you to Nham for your help.
