Great app, very flexible and amazing service!

Originally I gave them a 1 star review because downloading the app destroyed my entire store. I reached out and Globo, who has really good customer service. They restored my page to what it was originally. What I do not know is, was there a problem on either end that caused my sight to become scrambled?

I tried all 3 Mega Menu shopify apps and this one is by far THE EASIEST TO USE and the most affordable. The others all get your with 'free' versions, but you have to pay 20$ to be able to insert photos! This one has everything you need to build an AWESOME mega menu, pics, tabs and all for 9$. I do wish it was a one time fee, but alas, for me personally it's a must-have. Nahm was quick to respond to emails and sorted any problems out in minutes. Highly recommend. Best Help Ever:) The Mega Menu App werry Good

I had some issues with an integration of the Mega Menu, but the support team helped me to solve all of them. I also use Globo's app that provides filters on my website and there were the same situation: when I had problems, the support team solved them. So I know that I would use their apps if I want to add some new features to my store. They are even ready to customize their apps a little bit for your needs. Hands down 5 stars!

really nice app for making a great menu

I think this is a great app, especially because of the free features that are offered.
The other Shopify menu apps I tried were nowhere near as generous with their free features.
Unfortunately I had some problems because I had some previous code manipulation on my theme, and the menu wasn't loading.

I reached out to Globo for help, and with every email I sent, Sarah promptly emailed me back.
She helped me with just about every step in developing the look I needed for the website, never making me feel like I was asking too much.

The time I spent emailing Sarah was a pleasure. She really made me feel like I was messaging an old friend, so I wanted to write this review.
I want to thank everyone at Globo, especially Sarah, for everything! Our website looks great now because of you!

I try another app to customize our menu and this one suits perfectly what we need. I have minor experience with shopify and they help me to customize even more our menu for mobile. Really love this app. Incredible support team. Always helpful 24x7
