I wanted to add upselling widgets to my store and have been using other Globo apps on my Shopify store already so I went with this one. I had some issues applying the right settings and view to my store but the Globo support team were quick to help and even helped me apply the code to the backend, as well as customising some formatting to match the rest of the typeset and branding on my site.

support was quick, and the speed of resolution was very helpful.

I don't know a lot about the app yet, we are just starting to work with them.
But when I had a question, someone responded to my request with solid info right away. Then she worked over the weekend to help fix things. It's so rare to have a fast response by a real human. Thanks, Sarah!
