I have tested each and every single loyalty app in the app store, and this one came out on top. Another app with the same features will cost you $50 to $100 a month. Very easy to use, great interface and support is amazing. Had a little issue during set up and Brandon was a great help. Highly recommend this app!

I have been looking for a simple to use loyalty app to use online and at my two shops. After extensive testing and playing I am happy to say the glow loyalty app works a treat.
What was more impressive was Ryan and the Support team - I had a few suggestions on improving their new VIP tier feature - especially the ability to manually adjust a persons tier from the console. As the VIP was a new feature they took on board all of my suggestions and comments and they were available to test the next day - and I have to say works very well.
The flexibility with the app is great for the price. Other apps you had to be on their TOP plan to get VIP or Tier features and they cost $$$$. Glow gives you all the features to control the loyalty even on the basic plan, helping you grow the program from day one.
The widgets and interface is uncomplicated and clean - which makes it easy to use and get you up and running fast.

I downloaded this app to reward my customers for their continuous support and so far I’m loving it. It has all the features I need and I love how the dashboard is simple, clean, and corresponds well with my site. I experienced a few very minor issues and was able to get extensive support from their team. The app is affordable, easy to set up, and highly beneficial for generating more sales. Highly recommend this app if you are looking to incorporate some kind of rewards program into your store.

This is a GREAT app for rewarding your customers for loyalty and referrals! I have used Smile before and I am glad I decided to give this app a try... what a difference in functions and customization. I am a new store and have been jumping from app to app in all categories to see what fits me the best, and I am happy this one came across my path before I kept wasting time and effort on too many other reward apps. I am sure that going forward this app is only going to get better and better. Thank you Glow! I look forward to a successful relationship!
Glow has proven to be the solution for translating our rather complex loyalty program from Square POS to Shopify POS. The flexibility of how points are earned (collection based, rule based of by dollars spent) allows us to integrate our online and in store loyalty rewards, along with tracking a customer credit program that is unique to our industry. The support staff is responsive and extremely helpful. Since it's a relatively new software, things change and develop pretty rapidly with Glow. I have been mostly impressed with how they have dealt with nuances and issues that have come up so far.
less than a week in extremely satisfied/excellent service / excellent features / amazing pricing - I'm sure they will have 200x the users within the next 12 months. I spend over 2 weeks looking at others and they all fell short - if you're lazy and love wasting money go with the other guys

There is NOOOOO support. Every time I launch this app it says no one is available and they will get back to me in 1 day. Then the messages wont go through half the time. Don't waste your time. **** UPDATE I have waited for weeks for someone to bother to reach out after this review and STILL no one bothers. PLEASE STAY AWAY. There are much better performing apps with support on the marketplace.

I apologize for the support experience you had with Glow. We have support staff online from 8 AM - 5 PM PST on weekdays. On average, our response times are approx 4 hours, but we do answer questions in the order we receive them to be fair to merchants, and also by the level of plan. In your case, I think there may be an email issue because we have sent a couple of messages without a reply. We'd love to help though if you're willing to circle back.
