アプリなどの不具合もありましたが、サポートは精力的に対応してくれていると感じます。

今回、他のアプリからの移行でしたが、アプリのサポートの方に手厚くフォローいただいたおかげでスムーズに契約移行出来ました。
アプリの管理画面も使いやすく大変満足しております。

他のサブスクサービスからの移行を考えていましたが、サポート対応が非常に悪く継続して利用することに不安を覚えたため、料金支払い後でしたが利用を断念しました。
