Do NOT enable the public webpage where affiliates can self-enroll, or 99% of your "affiliates" are going to be bloodsucking leeches in the form of coupon-sharing websites that do nothing to promote your business.
The app itself works fine.
Unfortunately I have to downgrade my review. This app has become so convoluted and the UX is very poor. I struggle to find anything. In addition, the settings seem to have changed randomly with an update, and suddenly shipping and tax was added to the calculation, which doubled the commissions I had to pay out. Luckily there isn't much traffic on this program yet.
The customer support is fast, but not very good on details.
this app works ok and has many great features, but support never replies. if i could just get a few questions answered, i'd give them 5 stars.

The issue that you mentioned in your email looks like a browser cache issue. The app itself is working fine on our end. Did you try with a page refresh ? Did that solve the issue ?

Je trouve cette application incroyable mais le gros problème c'est que l'apli pour les affiliés est en anglais ce qui bloque beaucoup de personne .

The affiliate portal (and the mobile app) supports 18+ languages. To change the language of the affiliate portal, see Look & Feel -> Store profile tab -> Affiliate portal language section.

Le portail d'affiliation (et l'application mobile) prend en charge plus de 18 langues. Pour changer la langue du portail d'affiliation, voir Look & Feel -> Onglet Profil de la boutique -> Section Langue du portail d'affiliation.

I would like to be able to customize the bars at the top that are part of the app - they contrast with the brand colors and it seems you should be able to customize this better.
Nice platform but contacted customer support now a couple times over the span of 1-2 weeks and just didn't get a reply. So still waiting on their answer.

Would have given this a 5 star rating if it were not for the glaring omission of a lack of notification when your affiliates cross their Payment amount threshold - a simple email to say - Affiliate X is now due to be paid - instead I have to go into the software find the screen on a regular basis to double check. Should happen automatically. Causes a lack of trust by my affiliates as they are telling me that I need to pay them, whereas previously we knew exactly when to pay them without having to check all the time.
