Can you tell me the ticket number which went unanswered ? I was able to find your 4 support tickets, and they all were answered in timely manner.
Your last support ticket of Downgrading the app was also processed promptly. As far as refunds are concerned, we do not have the ability to issue a refund, as only Shopify can refund the payments. For this we have given the approval to Katie from Shopify Support team to process the refund at the earliest.

Loving this app so far, was recommended by a friend and now I see why! Easy to use, helpful customer service and gets the job done.
I've tried other affiliate apps and have found Goaffpro to the most intuitive and straightforward. I don't have complex requirements for my affiliate marketing, and Goaffpro does everything I need to without complicating things. Their customer support team is really helpful, friendly and prompt to respond.
Great and rich app for affiliate marketing. I recommend it! I have installed it's premium version and it's amazing!
So far so good! Very easy to setup. I will come back with an update but for now everything seems to work out.
I've just installed the app, and so far, it seems pretty straightforward. The setup was quick and easy. Also, I like how the basic features are free, so you have plenty of time to build your affiliate team without having to rush through a limited trial period. And then, when the time is right, you can upgrade with no hurry. I recommend the app.
The app is 10/10. It has many useful features to customise it specifically for your needs. It's been 100% accurate with tracking sales. Affiliates get notifications for their sales, which is great. Support has been fantastic too. Thank you for the great service!
This app has everything you need and nothing you don't for small affiliate programs. We launched our affiliate program through Goaffpro and found it to be intuitive, accurate, and easy to use. However, we ended up switching over to the standard for our industry, Avantlink, since that's what most outdoor industry affiliates already use. We were tempted by promises of seamless integration and hands-off affiliate management. Boy, were we wrong! The UI was awful, basic functions required coding knowledge or navigating a maze of menus, I could go on... Big businesses who need more robust analytics and very specific control over promotions etc (and who have a dedicated affiliate program manager) may want more granular control than Goaffpro provides, but for small businesses looking for a straightforward, simple platform to manage affiliates it's perfect. So here we are, back on Goaffpro. I didn't realize how good we had it! I'm sorry I doubted you. It won't happen again.
