I've been trying to get assistance from your support team for the past week but nobody has helped unfortunately. This is very disappointing, especially since I've been using the app for over a year now.
This app is by far the best one I have found for adding affiliates and setting them up with their own web link. The help I have received is amazing and quick. I would highly recommend anyone looking for this type of app to give them a try.
Great app, a lot of features and everything. However, one time some information from my affiliates disappeared. But that was only a one-time thing, now everything works fine. Great app overall.

I would like to look more into this data issue. We operate with triple redundant data storage and 5-9s of data availability and integrity. So any data loss is highly improbable. I love it so far. It has a lot of useful features for the affiliates & a variety of options when establishing commission rates. Having a bit of trouble with the app from the store owners perspective. Waiting to hear back about that though. All in all, works well! Keep up the good work.
Just test driving it so far but seems to be an amazing app. Nice clear easy interface, easy sign up. Great control over the shop. If my mind changes I'll be back up update.
Super useful app. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a referral program. This is just what I needed. It is free for basic which is cost effective and it works perfectly

Don't ever install this app. they keep your store connected after you uninstall it and generating codes on the web.

Uninstalling the app automatically invalidates the codes. You don’t need to do anything else. Once you uninstall, all affiliate discount codes become invalid and your program is turned off automatically

Downloaded the app today. Till now everything seems to be 10/10. I just need to get to know the app more so I can use it better. Now its a little overwhelming but I think Customer Service will help me :)
