I am completely outraged with the customer service at Goaffpro. I've been stuck with a problem for 24 hours, and the only thing they can think of is to send me an email instructing me to repeat an action that doesn't work. Even so, I have followed their instructions, returning to the app and trying again, but nothing changes. The situation remains the same. The lack of interest and professionalism from their customer support team is unacceptable. There is no excuse for this level of negligence and lack of support. I am furious and still waiting for a real solution

Amazing application and amazing customer support. We have been using this app for a long time on some of our stores and the support team has always been helpful with all our requests, especially with the recent migration request. I recommend this app to everyone

It's different to all the other cookie cutter affiliate apps. Way more functionality and the support is great.

Necessary app

I have had the free version for a few years and it has worked really well. I needed some support last week for the first time and they were very fast to reply and giving me clarification for my questions.

Just signed up for this app a few days ago. It is great! Easy to use and the customer service (only contacted them once so far) has been outstanding! I was using another affiliate service and they were great but the $29/month wasn't worth it for me. I like how I can start out for free and if I need extra services, pay for it later **if I want to**. I love how they allow an unlimited number of affiliates, etc.
