This app has really allow me to capture deeper insight on my customers feedback and ever since embedding this app my customers have shared so many positive things about my brand in the way we run our business. I highly recommend this app. It totally changes the game.

アプリ導入時、アンケートの回答が選択肢+テキスト入力ができるアプリが、こちらだけだったのが決め手でした。
アンケートは購入後の画面にシームレスで表示されるので、回答率も高くとても便利です。
また質問への回答も素早く、とても丁寧で大変感謝しております。
先日は修正方法を動画付きで教えていただけて驚きました。

I am a big fan of Gojiberry. I think it might be one of the most easy to use and clean post-purchase survey tools on shopify. The team who runs this are top notch, and really took the time to make sure that we felt supported. And i think the 5 second survey is a very unique and useful tool that has helped us better understand our customers wants. Amazing job!
Very easy to use, a survey is set up in no time. Also customer service is responding quickly and is very friendly and helpful no matter what you're bothering them with. If you are looking for an easy tool to do surveys in your shop this is the app to go with.
Great tool. We are using it as part of a Klaviyo Flow as well as implemented in the Checkout section. The setup process was easy and we could portray our corporate design too. It's nice to have a quiz option part of the app too, which is something we want to tackle next.
