La aplicación es excelente, tiene muchas opciones, las fotos que suben los clientes se ven impecables y además es responsive. Cuando quise cambiar los colores para ajustarlos con los de mi tema me di cuenta que si bien hay un editor e instrucciones hay que aplicar código y la verdad no es mi fuerte, así que hable con soporte y me respondieron y solucionaron la inquietud en cuestón de minutos, Helen se mostro dispuesta y fué muy amable. 100% conforme con la app. Sigan así!
Amazingly easy to add to your store. in addition, they actually listen. I asked them to make a even smaller "compact review badge" so we could have a minimalistic one in our page footer and they got it done with no questions asked. Highly recommend!
Reputon is fantastic! It made adding my Google Local Business info to my site simple and seamless. I also want to give a huge shout-out to the support team. They were amazing when I needed help with a website display issue and fixed it immediately. Highly satisfied with the product and the service.

The cost for one location is higher than some alternatives, and there are free versions that seem quite similar. Reputon's per location price increase is a little high, but competitive when compared to other Shopify apps that do the same.
However, it seems to work well, has intuitive controls and pretty good design options. A built-in analysis feature, it is hard to determine if is worth the cost. Still, so far, we're generally happy with it.
While Reputon is a bit intense with cross-selling, they are also quite responsive with reviews and support.

Kindly note that the additional location fee is reasonable, as it covers the extra resources required to import and sync reviews. Our app also allows you to customize the widgets via CSS and provides analytics for clicks on the checkout extension widget.

We have an old Shopify 1.0 theme, and Helen was ever so helpful with installing the app. Hopefully, the widget will help lift our conversion rate.

Works great, but the rate structure for added locations could be better than a small fee per added location to upgrade the plan. Some additional style features would also be nice, but the app overall is great!
Excellent app. Most review platforms don't hold as much trust as the Google brand and platform. Perfect for growing businesses looking to increase trust with new customers.
Additionally, their customer service is excellent. Solved customisation and implementation bugs within a few minutes of reaching out.
