I installed the Tapita SEO app and ran the SEO audit on my free plan. I am a beginner to website setup and SEO. The audit did point out critical flaws in my setup. I really did not expect much support on a free plan. But Tapito's support (Anna) was excellent and guided me through to fixing the immediate errors. The guidance was clear and easy to follow; i would be considering upgrading shortly.

Perfect! I downloaded the app, ran a scan and immediately got help with fixing all the critical errors. I had to grant store access and support went in and fixed my issues and removed the access. I believe his name was Liam. I didn't expect immediate help so this was a nice surprise. He even removed some old code another app had left behind that was slowing the site down. All this was free, I have not upgraded yet because I wanted to try it out first. I will be upgrading.

I didn't expect much when I added Tapita to my store after previous disappointments with SEO apps on an early version of my website.
I was pleasantly surprised when within moments, Lani (an actual person, not AI) came to my assistance.
Lani helped me get started with the app fixing some basic SEO issues either by walking me through the process or making changes her end and sending me screenshots of the process. She was informative and knowledgeable and never made me feel like an idiot for needing something explained.
I'm looking forward to seeing how these changes improve my SEO.
