I have only positive things to say about the Tapita: SEO & Speed Optimizer app and the customer service, I just installed the app and my seo score and speed was below the average. support was awesome that my score and speed increased rapidly. If i could giive more than 5 stars i would. I was having an issue with code showing above my header and couldnt figure out where it was coming from. So i contacted support to see if it was something to do with the SEO. Max connected to my pc and spent at least a half hour or more and told me it wasnt an issue with the SEO and insisted on helping until we could pinpoint where it this extra code was coming from. Turns out it was an issue locally with my system and we able to uninstall the app that was causing the extra code to appear. Great support even for an issue that was unrelated to the services they provide. This is how every company should operate. Thank you max for your dedicated effort to help figure out what was going on.

Absolutely impressed by the customer service. I was initially looking for an image and alt tag optimizer, and then found this app offering more for a price lower than others and I gave it a go. I upgraded to the basic plan to audit all my pages, but the free plan seems great too. After checking the errors, I pressed a question mark icon by mistake, thinking it was just an info popup, and I was directly connected with Jim. Since I had questions I thought were related to the app, he kindly helped me even though it was actually something related to the theme itself. He then checked my audit report and asked if I wanted his help with fixing the critical errors, and in no time he was already working on it. He even helped me install the tag manager to see if we could improve the SEO score further, and by the end of the chat, he gave tips and advice and we easily got to an SEO score of 90. I still need to closely look at all the functionalities, but I think it can only get better.
Really a highly recommended app and fantastic support!
