I've been using a different SEO app since 2018 but decided to try this one because of its positive reviews. After downloading it, I had a question and reached out to customer service. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with was unprofessional and lacked knowledge about the app.

Using a product bulk edit tool to fix SEO is much better and consistent. and doesn't revert when you uninstall. i tried the speed option also compared to other SEO tool its terrible.so back to the other one. better stick in general with bulk editing tools rather than SEO tools. overall overrated app.

Very good custumer service Thank You but I tried very hard to get Tapita to fix my page speed but instead of solving it, what Shopify showed was worse.

Update to their response. Yes they messaged me back…. But this was the 4th or 5th time this has happened over a few months ( each time them saying they would resolve the issue and never did ) so I uninstalled ( for the second time ) and came here to warn people. If only I could upload screen shots here.

We downgraded our review because after uninstalling the app and reinstalling a few months later we found that the developer had not deleted any of our data and had retained the links to our Google Search Console account. We consider this a serious breach of our data.

We tried a few SEO apps. To be fair, most did a decent jobs. Tapita does an excellent job of optimising your speed ...

The App working well and give you really good results. But now they want make more money a lot of offers came in the app for backlinks and more.

What i also miss, if you like to check the page or find them was has a bad performance is not possible.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE APP!! STAY AWAY!! Unless you would like something that will ruin your website with no option to undo the damage.
