the app is not super intuitively designed, but the customer support is STELLAR. The app scan found so many issues on my store. Every item I was unsure how to fix I simply pinged the customer support. They responded immediately and then went above and beyond to resolve the issues immediately for me. This was so helpful because it saved me time but also because I didn't have to worry about making a mistake. Highly recommend

So far, I have enjoyed that app. I have had it for a few weeks now and wish I knew what the other parts do. The SEO Audit is the only thing, and I had to find the short cut of fixing errors on my own. I am an older person and do not know the ins and outs. The reason it got 4 stars is because the customer service is nice, they do not offer any additional help than you ask for.

Porém o processo em si no aplicativo é confuso, e como explicam( poderia ter vídeos com passo a passo e página de ajuda), e como ainda não sei se tudo deu certo com meu site, estou avaliando com 4 estrelas até ver se Tapita funciona mesmo, para assim dar nota 5.
