I genuinely loved the support. My theme had an issue due to which I wasn't able to get my products on rich snippets. Not only did they diagnose the issue but solved it for me as well. Appreciate the prompt response.

Honestly, i didn't know what to expect, but they did some things for free, optimized my site, and boosted it to 94% SEO score. And now I am considering buying a subscription as there are a few more items need sorting out, and also I am regularly adding new products to the site, which needs optimizing. And yes a guy called Liam did this for me and I am very thankful!

Loving Tapita so far! A pleasant upgrade from the previous app I was using. It's very easy to understand and the interface is intuitive and responsive. I had questions about some of it's features and started a chat. I was happy to see I was chatting with a person, and had a response in under a minute! I am new to Shopify and learning a lot as I go.
