From the start, they wanted to help right away with optimization and meta descriptions, etc. They were very professional and even suggested to support with some coding. I initially installed the app, which provided decent service and support. However, purchasing one of their SEO packages turned out to be a mistake. Keenan failed to disclose upfront that their work primarily revolves around Google Business. Despite mentioning that my website runs on E-composer and being reassured it wouldn’t be an issue, the team failed to adhere to the agreed work scope. They often acted without prior confirmation; for instance, when facing difficulties with my E-composer blog, they bypassed the problem by creating a new URL without my consent. Moreover, instead of using the existing Search Console access, they created a new one under their ownership, including admin privileges.

It appears that once payment is made, the team proceeds at their own pace, without proper alignment or updates. Unlike other SEO teams I’ve worked with, who provide clear monthly reports, good communication, and adherence to agreements, this team has been lacking in all these areas. Additionally, a strictly private address was improperly used in the public store footer. After spending $900, what I have received includes six AI-generated blog texts and the vague promise of adjusting meta titles in the upcoming week (with no clarification on whether it will be done in code or their app), and no comprehensive report even in the third month. I cannot recommend this service.
