Amazing customer support! I had literally opened the app in my Shopify admin after going live and started to look around when I got a message pop-up from the support team asking me if I wanted to fix my SEO errors! To my surprise, Liam was on the chat and ready to help with a huge amount of critical errors that were picked up after the first scan. He guided me through the steps needed and set up a bulk update template for me to fix missing meta descriptions as well as missing H1 headers. We went from around 40+ critical errors down to zero in no time. Liam also guided me on where to fix SEO manually in the app, which really helped me find my way around. Tapita has been super helpful for our website. Being able to scan for issues while we built the site and after launching was great. The image optimization is also great, even the free version. And their support is very quick and helpful. They were able to resolve my critical issues and a few "needs improvement" issues is just a few minutes.
