Customer support is quick and helpful. I was assisted and received a great deal of explanation which assisted a lot.

The Feed app is complicated to start with, but this is an amazing app you need to have in your toolbox if you are managing a lot of products! What's more important, they have great customer support team, and you'll get most answers related to Google merchant and how to get things working and approved. I highly recommend it and give it sometime as its a bit hard in the beginning but it pays off later!

Fantastic support by Shums Tak and all the other people working with Feed for Google shopping. They set up everything in both my stores. Never met so helpful support like these guys.
