I suggest you to kindly try opening the Shopify Store Admin from a new browser or "incognito mode".
We are getting more than 100 Installs everyday and already catering more than 12k merchants. More than 1k merchants open the app everyday. So far today, nobody has complained.
It must be something limited to your computer or browser.

I used this app to feed my products to my Google merchant account. Their live chat representative was very helpful and patient. He walked me through each step by step. Highly recommend!
Honestly I haven't used the app to the full extent yet, but I had a major feed problem between Google Channel & Merchant, Kaushik stepped in, offered detailed steps, links & screenshots, I can greatly tell the app is great by their outstanding customer service. I reached out the Simprosys with some questions and advise before installing the app. Within one day, I received a very helpful reply from Ashvin Prajapati from the support team. He answered all my questions. Coming from the Magento side, I was a little cautious with the feed. I soon realized that the app is so well built and has automated most of the manual tasks that I have been doing. I needed some help with the Google Merchant Center and reached out to Ashvin again via email, he advised my to use the chat so he could help me faster. Everything issue was solved and explained to me. My site has just been migrated to Shopify today and is ready to go. Thanks to Ashvin and Simprosys.
Encore en cours de prise en main, mais le support par chat est attentif, prends le temps, humain, et répond bien aux questions et aux échanges! Ils m'ont beaucoup aidée. Il est bien mieux d'utiliser cette application pour Google shopping que l'application native de Shopify qui comporte de multiples erreurs.
