Simple and easy to use, works well with the Merchant Center API and updates quickly with out any extra effort. Also a big fan of the built in promotions feed manager as well. Other Shopify apps I have use required me to manage my promotions separately.
UPDATE: Fantastic customer service, these guys are super helpful and very fast at anything they do. Can I give another star? ;)
We had a problem with our Out of Stock items not updating in Google (something our Google Ads consultant totally missed which costed thousands of dollars). With the help of Feed For Google Shopping support, they fixed it very quick, once we caught the problem! Incredible service!
The app works as per my needs. Feed submission is easy and the working with app makes it easy too for us to manage products.
8/20/24--STILL an issue. The help is delayed and incompetent.
THEIR APP DOES NOT WORK. The App jacks up the Schema.
Their refusal and inability to admit or fix the App so it works correctly without adding some bogus Code (which also does not work() as I received 2 different sections of Code from them. Each one different. STAY AWAY. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP. Unless you enjoy talking with India at 2 in the morning.
1/4/24--not responding to requests for help!!!!!!!!!!RUBBISH! Products appear in google merchant center as "in stock" and in google shopping when they show "out of stock" in the App. Overseas company, requires 2 am phone support over Skype if you want "real" help. The App does NOT work, this has happened countless times. RUN from this App. Your solution to solve a problem requires additional work by us. The idea of hiring and PAYING for an App is to make our lives easier. You work for us-we don't work for you. Improve your App.
You have already been informed that the issue is in your StoreFront Theme's Schema markup. Unfortunately, you are not showing any willingness to read the solution shared. It would have taken less time in implementing the correction than venting your anger everywhere.
You have been using our app for more than a year and still using it. So, I don't see any point in running away from the app.
Great app with a super helpful support team. If you have any doubts or issues, just email them and they will help you fixed it.
