I have issues of submitting some products to Google. Support seems nice enough, but after some emails, they stop replying me, I guess it's because they can't find the solutions or answers either. Finally I have decided to remove this app and start to upload the feed myself -- manually, through a file I created.

Some people said that once they uninstall the app, the app will delete all your data ...

I was getting error in GMC regarding shipping and contacted with Simprosys Feed App Support team, they quick help to fix error. Guys, thanks for helping.

I had been using Datafeedwatch and so far am very impressed with how intuitive this app is in comparision. Support has been helpful and quick to respond to my questions. Very convenient help videos for all steps make it easy to educate myself. I dreaded optimising my feed previously but I am now exciteed to get my Google Shopping and feeds running as they should.

Worst customer service in Shopify app. Install only if you do not need customer service. They have a chat feature which does not work. They give total silent treatment, no response or chat message even does not work

We are not Currently using the product but have to correct our review it seems that they did respond on a very timely manner.
We will update once we can review the product at work

I don't know why shopify allows this kind of application. the policy should check if an application is not good and remove it on the platform and because of this kind of application a lot of google account have been suspended. if i could put zero star i would put it
