They have gone out of their way to help me even if it isn't they area of expertise. Use this app over any other Google Shopping app related to shopping feeds, this one is the king.

We are using this app to take advantage of shipping labels for different shipping methods. Although had a few issues (user mistake, not problems with the app), support has been helpful and have answered all our questions.
