Used to be a great app, but now their customer service is terrible. I've contacted them five (!!!) times through Shopify, and they still can’t find my email. Complete letdown. I can’t recommend them—there are far more reliable apps out there.
We discovered that the Simprosys app is automatically turning on tracing tags via the Web Pixels API without our permission. This is a serious concern because it results in duplicate events being sent to platforms, which can completely distort analytics and ad tracking data.
The app is quite complex and requires a lot of attention to detail. We discovered it adds extra customer event tags, which slowed down our homepage and product pages by 15–20% (confirmed with Google PageSpeed). Since we don’t run Google Ads or Facebook Ads, the app brought no real benefits, only slower performance. Support is not available during the day and replies only by email. In the end, we decided to uninstall, as it was just wasting time and money. Make sure you truly need this app before installing.
This app resulted in a Google Merchant Centre suspension, with unclear reasoning as to why but started when the app was installed. Customer support were unhelpful. Their app itself doesn't do anything special, it sets up the most basic campaign and then you still need to go into Google Ads to ensure you've got your detailed setup done, so it's useless. I don't recommend this at all, stay away.
This app is terrible and not user-friendly. I used it for 3 months and my Google Merchant Center account was suspended for “Website Needs Improvement,” even though my website was perfectly fine. When I reached out for help, they never responded to my emails.
The app also sends way too many unnecessary product links to Google Merchant Center; most of them weren’t even from my website, and I have no idea where they came from. I only have about 500 products, but this app submitted data for over 121,000 product links.
Because of this, my account was suspended. Thankfully, after Google’s manual review team checked everything, the issue was resolved. But this app and their customer support caused the problem in the first place.
I don’t see why I should pay for a service that provides no real solution and ignores support requests. Avoid this app, it’s not worth the trouble.
Lots of bugs, things aren't working correctly, useless support
WORST APP EVER - i dont understand how this app still active on Shopify after making many stores lost their Google Feed in Merchant Center. Some accounts even banned from Google Ads. Once you are pausing your subscription or uninstalling the app Symprosys will delete your Google Feed to thank you for using their app. DONT INSTALL THIS APP or it will takes controle of your Shopify Store Google Channel without your agreement then you will have to restart from zero! Lost a lot of TIME and MONEY

First, our app does not delete your Google Feed or take control of your Shopify Store Google Channel without your agreement. When you install our app, you grant us permission to manage your Google Merchant Center account using Content API. This is necessary for the app to create and update your product feed according to Google's requirements and best practices. You can always revoke this permission at any time from your Google account settings.
Second, when you uninstall our app, we do not delete your product feed from your Google Merchant Center account. We only stop updating it with the latest information from your Shopify store. This means that your product feed may become outdated or inaccurate over time, which can affect your Google Shopping performance and compliance. You can always reinstall our app to submit the most updated and optimized product feed for your store.
Third, when you pause our app, we remove your product feed from your Google Merchant Center account, which was submitted by our app, to prevent any potential product disapproval that could escalate to an account-level issue if not addressed promptly. You can always reactivate our app to resubmit the most updated product feed for your store to your Google Merchant Center.
Moreover, we informed you about the feed removal on the live chat when you expressed your intention to pause your app subscription. We also offered to resubmit the feed for you if you reactivated the app and we suggested a Google Meet call to assist you with that process. However, you declined our offer and instead posted a negative review about our app. We regret that you did not take advantage of our support and we hope you reconsider your decision.
Fourth, we are not responsible for any Google Merchant Center or Google Ads account suspensions or bans that may occur due to violations of Google's policies or guidelines. We only help you create and manage your product feed or help create PMax campaigns in your Google Ads Account. But you are solely responsible for following Google's rules and regulations when advertising your products on Google Shopping.

Terrible Customer Service. Issue ongoing for more than a week and still can not see how they are going to resolve their mistake. Continue to ignore basic questions and have failed to take responsibility. Performed updates in google merchant centre without consent and blamed issues on "google errors". Then asked me what the google errors are when they were the ones who said there were errors! Sent communication to an alternative email without consent. They seem to be confused and responses are to deny responsibility rather than resolve the underlying issue, there by continuing to impact the customer.
The app has completely destroyed my successful Performance Max Campaigns. Due to a technical fault in the Simprosys app, it is excluding all my best selling products from Google ads. This is costing me thousands in lost sales and all the valuable learnings from my campaigns.
The support team are on holiday for 10 DAYS with limited, delayed support. Absolutely shocking support, considering I have been using this app for 4 years now and they have allowed me to sink like this.

We have been struggling with this App. Out of Stock items continue to show up in paid Ads. We want product to be able to be purchased-even if out of stock-but not have the items advertised so we pay for Clicks. THIS APP DOES NOT ALLOW THIS! Support is horrific...long delays to respond....zoom calls are a complete waste of time as you can't understand a word that is said. Stay away from this App.
