Je recommande cette application pour Shopify, et surtout le service de support très réactif, soit en Visio soit par chat avec des screenshot. C'est vraiment un plaisir de travailler avec une entreprise comme celle-ci. L'outil est très performant et il est très facile à utiliser.

"I am updating my review to 5 stars. The Simprosys team has been extremely efficient and reactive in solving a critical price mismatch issue (TTC vs HT) that was threatening my Google Merchant Center account. Their developers implemented a custom technical fix (JSON-LD Schema and URL parameters) very quickly.

While I still believe that a proactive alert system within the app would be a major improvement for 2026 to prevent such turnover losses, I must highlight the high quality of their technical support. They don't just sync data; they actually help you fix complex problems. Truly professional and reliable."

Been using this app for over 3 years, and it's wonderful. Sales are up, up, up. And, the service tech group is great; they are always very helpful in solving almost any problem I run into, most of them created by me doing something I should not have done.

The app is very helpful as is support. The only suggestion I would make to Simprosys is to offer online chat support during business hours in the United States.

Très bon support de Simprosys. J'avais un problème de cohérence des prix détectés par Google dans le Merchant Center, et leur support a identifié un problème dans mon thème, pour ensuite me le résoudre à l'aide d'un développeur, sans frais supplémentaire !
