Why can't I reach customer service during the working hours in India now? I have tried contacting you for three consecutive days, but there has been no response. There is also no live chat support available. This was not the case before; the customer service used to be very prompt.

I uninstalled this app on December 19, 2023. The last bill is "Subscription: 2023-11-18 - 2023-12-18". As a result, another month's monthly rent of US$4.99 was immediately deducted, showing "Subscription: 2023-12-18 - 2024-01-17". I actually only used it for 1 extra day. Please return the remaining money.

This APP works not so well as you expected. I sync the feed to Google ads, some products always report error. Today I don't find any way to contact the service team, the email they never answer. Avoid this APP.

Usei a versão paga por meses, e quando do nada minha loja foi recusada pelo merchant eu pedi ajuda e disseram que já tinham ajudado e então não iam ajudar, ai fiquei chateado, desinstalei e minha pagina do facebook foi hackeada com meu instagram logo após isso, ou seja eles tinham acesso e por eu reclamar eu suspeito que eles me prejudicaram.

This has been a useful app for us but as of the past months they've seem to have done some changes to it because we suddenly got google notices of large dropped inventory for every campaign. All sales dried up. The app is extremely buggy, and the more new changes they make, the more buggy it seems to get. Support will do nothing to improve on it. Way too many errors with this app. You can actually drop way down on Google shopping if you're not careful using this app. Our ads dropped way below our competitors because of the errors. We contacted this company several times about the same errors, and it's a constant run around of nothing getting done. It's been several months now. We just wish they would help us fix the errors.

i am getting issue in google ads tracking after using simprosys app paid version and there is no contact details from the team. i tried emailing at support@simprosys.com but that also failed as it seems the email is not working anymore.

Gives you a limit on how much you can upload. I did not notice this and marketing same products over and over. This cost me thousands of dollars!!!

It has been two weeks since I uninstalled this app and they still charge me. The customer service cannot help solve my problem and my GMC is blocked. Finding other apps successfully brought me back to GMC. Using this app is a waste of money.
