I had an issue with duplicate products in my Google Merchant Center caused by accidentally activating the Google & YouTube app. The support agent, Saad, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through the cleanup process and ensuring my Simprosys feed was running smoothly. I messed up my feed big time and Keval saved my digital life!
Went above and beyond for me . Took about 1 hour of his time to help me. Amazing service really saved my google ads and shopping account from losing a ton of sales . wow excellent

Great customer service! I just still find the product itself not super intuitive and would appreciate better training resources (from a ideal set up perspective) so I don't have to keep hassling customer service.

not possible that a software company doesn't whave any customer service on the weekend in 2025. I have a problem with google ads and I've to wait until Monday to fix it
