Simprosys InfoMedia is great! Their customer service is responsive - and efficient! Our ads were suspended for under 24 hours and they actively helped us fix the issue. We didn't need to bring in developers. If you're not tech savvy - use them!!!

For more than a year, I couldn't figure out why my Google Standard Shopping ads weren't getting any conversions.

Previously, I was running a very profitable Google Smart Shopping campaign, but Smart Shopping was apparently scrapped by Google.

Since then, I've wasted £1000's trying to get them to work.

The team at Simprosys looked into it for me and found that I had more than one conversion tracking tag on my store, so it wasn't firing correctly.

They have now removed the tags and I'm ready to test a new Standard Shopping Campaign.

Fingers crossed it works this time!

I've had this app for about a year now and absolutely love it. Some of the best customer support I've ever experienced. They have offered to help me with all sorts of things I wanted to do but didn't know how to implement. Any time there's an error from Google, I give them access to my store and they take care of everything. 10/10 would recommend.

This is a very complete app that will handle all of your google feed requirements. Most importantly, the technical support from Amit is always prompt and our issues always get resolved quickly. They also have an app that will handle your Bing feed requirements also. Strongly recommend this app.
