I always like to wait for a while before leaving a review as typically, the support from developers is great in the beginning, and then once a glowing review is left or as time passes, the attention, and responsiveness fade. I am impressed that such is not the case with Simprosys and the various solutions that I have been using for about six months now. They have consistently delivered by way of speedy support and knowledgeable support. In diverse areas. From the Google Merchant Feed troubleshooting to Shopify schema markup issues, they have knowledgeable resources. I wish they would also have an offering for Google Ads as that is a core area that would complement or complete the solutions needed for an e-commerce site. As would feed solutions for other marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, and, Etsy. And, their rates for the app are reasonable. They are based in India so, time difference may be a challenge initially and I found that someone responds to emails around the clock. Screensharing for support was helpful when email back and forth seemed to not work. One time, I picked up the phone and dialed their number for what was around 8.30a Indian time and was pleasantly surprised to have my call answered by the CEO who walked me through the setup. Having used other major solutions/apps for Google Merchant Center feed before switching over to SimproSys, I can say that they are the way to go. Good job team, Simprosys!

Needed help with some issues we were experiencing in Google Merchant Center and the customer support was beyond helpful in resolving the issues through the app feed. Staff is thoughtful, insightful and thorough, best experience in dealing with an app's customer service.

The app is great and I really appreciate the help from their customer service reps. Whenever google makes a policy change it can be quite frustrating but Sympriosys is there to help out :)

I love this app customer support is excellent you could reach them by the support icon..i wish there was a easier way to leave support a review easier 2 people helped me this week but if you open the email on your phone and don't have your passwords and everything lined up then you cant unless youre on your desktop.. i like to leave reviews really fast but if you're ot so techy the youre probably ot going to have every sigle apps o your phone...thank you right here
