costumer support dont know what they are doing. I followed the instruction of costumer support to add a market. after 10min my products are disaproved, everytime they say something else. When i show them what the error is, they dont listen they dont care about your bussiness;)
Update: The next day they contacted me and helped me with everything.
They fixed my feed, fixed the products that was disapproved! The reaction time was very fast and i can always depend on them!
Been using this app for over 3 years, and it's wonderful. Sales are up, up, up. And, the service tech group is great; they are always very helpful in solving almost any problem I run into, most of them created by me doing something I should not have done.
The app is very helpful as is support. The only suggestion I would make to Simprosys is to offer online chat support during business hours in the United States.
