I give the app 5/5 stars due to the following reasons: - Functionality (tons of options and instructions on how to use them to optimize the feed)
- Customer support has been very friendly and helpful the few times I have had to contact them.
- Price: Compared to other apps the $5 I have to pay each month is a small price to pay for the functionality and support I receive. Very satisfied with the app and team behind it.

This is a great app with amazing customer support. They have many videos and articles to teach you how to make the most out of Google and Shopify with Symprosy. And if you run into any questions, their chat option is right there inside the app and they're very friendly and patient. Always willing to help. Really recommend this app for any ecommerce owners looking to make the most out of google. Thanks Symprosy for the great support and great product!

I am using this app for my google shopping ads and also to track conversions. I must say this app is awesome and their support is amazing! After trying to set up conversion tracking myself and with a manual feed without this app it was a total nightmare. Conversions where not tracking and performance was declining fast. Luckily with the help of this app and their support I was able to setup conversion tracking properly and fix all errors that where occurring in my feed. Their support goes above and beyond to fix your issues and help you set up your campaigns properly. I would highly recommend this app to anyone who wants to setup their google shopping ads. Stay away from trying to do all of this manually as one mistake can cause a lot of issues.

I have recently started using this app and the customer support was excellent with resolving several issues I had with my ads being approved on the Merchant Center. I had spent several hours trying to resolve the issues directly with Google but this had not worked.
