Simprosys Google Shopping Feed

The Simprosys Google Shopping Feed App is very reliable and intuitive to use. Whenever we have a question the support by chat or email is always quick and accurate. I can't recommend the app enough!

I've been using this app for a few years now. Google Ads can be so difficult to set up manually and this app makes everything as simple as it can be, even though there is no shortcut to setting your products up correctly. There have been a few occasions on which I've required support and the help I've received has been quick and detailed, which is very much appreciated. I'd highly recommend this app.

We have used the app for two or three years now and would have no hesitation in recommending it to others. It is far superior in terms of functionality and performance compared with the Google Sales Channel Shopify app which is often inaccurate with its data. The Simprosys tech support is excellent. Looking for a solid Google Shopping Feed app that will give you great control of your feed at an affordable price? This is it. I have tried quite a few apps, but none have had the features I found here. In particular I am happy to have full control of what is, and what is not, pushed to Google. And also how it is presented.
I sell knitting packages for i.e. sweaters that contains a pattern and a certain number of knitting yarns needed to complete the project. Price varies with size (variants) due to the amount of yarn. Many feed apps pushes the variant displaying only product information and omitting the variant details. In my case that means displaying the same "product" with widely different prices without any reference to size. This app allows you to include variant information. Ca-ching!
In addition the support for this app is stellar. Any issues are attended to, and response is super fast. Customer for life. Period.

This app and especially the support is TOP NOTCH. I sent in a support request recently and they responded immediately. Instead of going back and forth by email multiple times, Dharmendra suggested a zoom call. I was pleasantly surprised! So many other companies are looking to avoid getting on the phone, let alone do a zoom call. Most companies nowadays don't offer support beyond email so this really impressed me. It showed how much they care about their clients. Actually, Dharmendra and I wound up doing multiple zoom calls to get my questions answered and issue resolved. He truly went above and beyond. Great app, and support is excellent - professional and quick to respond. Helped set up GA4 so I didn't need to install the Shopify Google Channel.
