Good help from support.
Unfortunately it's not possible to adjust product titles from all languages in the Simprosys interface (this means you have to use supplemental feeds).
works well, but as a complete novie, I needed support to update certain things. The customer advisor was very helpful and patient and although I didnt complete the tasks I need to do I feel that I can comfortably revisit the chat and ick up where I lfet off
Je n'ai pas encore une grande experience de l'application mais je peux en revanche dire que le service d'aide est tres réactif et soutient nous autres utilisateurs, ça rassure de pouvoir compter sur les aides en cas de besoin pour débloquer certaines situations.Bonne continuation et merci pour votre aide.
Product synchronization is timely and accurate. However, the inability to translate English products into other languages (e.g., French, Italian, etc.) may affect multi-country placement on a site
Great customer service! I just still find the product itself not super intuitive and would appreciate better training resources (from a ideal set up perspective) so I don't have to keep hassling customer service.
Have not been using for long but the support has been really good when we've needed it and good functionality. My only comment would be that I don't find the app super user friendly.
They were very responsive and support was very helpful and resolved my query and problem quickly and effectively.
