Simprosys Google Shopping Feed

Been using this app for over 3 years, and it's wonderful. Sales are up, up, up. And, the service tech group is great; they are always very helpful in solving almost any problem I run into, most of them created by me doing something I should not have done.

The app is very helpful as is support. The only suggestion I would make to Simprosys is to offer online chat support during business hours in the United States.

Saad was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. From resolving technical issues to guiding me on campaign setup and performance improvements, everything was handled quickly and efficiently.

What stood out was the clarity in communication and the proactive approach — didn’t just fix the problem but also shared useful recommendations to improve results.
