Simprosys Google Shopping Feed

First time I have used the help section. Great responce!! Very quick, very knowlegable and great communication. I hope they have solved he problem. Special mention for Saad who walked me through some difficult problems.

The app makes fixing Google merchant errors easy and also their customer service is exceptional. Will recommend

It is really good app. I needed some help and they were very friendly and tried their best to solve my problem.

App offers a lot of settings and features, some of them require going through documentation/YT videos, but once you have it all set up right, you get the reap the benefits. And they have a great support team for any issues or to assist you with the process.

Dès qu'un client utilise Shopify, j'adore l'amener à utiliser Simprosys Google Shopping Feed, autant pour l'intégration avancée avec le Merchant Center que pour le Tracking Natif des Google Ads (avec les Conversions Avancées via l'API). Qui plus est, j'aime pouvoir compter sur le support (même si il est sur un autre fuseau horaire).

I just started using this app so I can’t fully comment on it yet. But so far, so good! One thing is for certain, the customer service is ASTOUNDING. Ruchi helped me in getting some things set up and went above and beyond in making sure I got everything set up correctly. I wish all apps had this level of quality and customer care. Something that is sorely missing in this day and age. Two thumbs up from me!

It is a perfect and helpful app for managing your feed for ads and free listing. I like that I can only modify product titles and other attributes in the feed for better search results and don't need to change details on the Shopify store product page.
Also, support is very responsive. Recently, I had a problem related to tax calculation in Google ads, and they resolved it very quickly. It wasn't their fault; rather, it was associated with Shopify markets and how they calculate VAT. I highly recommend this app to anyone who wants to manage ads and free listings.
There are many different settings available, as well as connections to Facebook, Pinterest, and Bing ads.

This app is easy to use, and the customer service is extremely helpful.
