This app should be avoided at all costs. It ruined our Google Merchant feed within 1 hour. We went from 20,000 listings to double that and the instructions they gave to fix it removed our original feed and now our whole account is flagged for misrepresentation over a holiday weekend???? It was working perfectly for 10+ years prior to this awful app experience.

Simprosys is simply amazing for connecting your products to Google Merchant center. I struggled for months with the native Google and YouTube Shopping app. I wasted 45 days troubleshooting with Google support because my feed was constantly frozen and showing old products while not properly ingesting new products. Simprosys had it all working in less than 45 minutes. As a merchant it was scary to me to leave the official app, as this is a natural thought to have, but it's the wrong thought. You are not leaving official app, you are leaving headaches and problems behind and going with a much better solution. Very happy with Simprosys so far. Their support has been wonderful and I very much look forward to our continued work together.

We’ve been using Simprosys for our Shopify store and it has honestly been a great app.

It makes managing our Google Shopping feed, product data, tracking, and Merchant Center setup much easier. The app is reliable, easy to work with, and saves us a lot of time.

What I appreciate most is their customer service. Whenever we have needed help, the Simprosys team has been quick, patient, and very knowledgeable. They actually take the time to understand the issue and guide us properly instead of sending generic replies.

Amazing customer support and technical support. They added an extra decimal point on the feed of weight to reach the gram level, which saved us lot of developing time to match better our system. I know how difficult it is to get these kind of changes on other apps we use, and I am grateful forever!

So far. So good. The initial setup process and migration process from the Google Youtube shopify interface was pretty seamless. Gemini helped me determine the exact time to cut off product syncing from the old interface.

Best was the support I received from Simprosys customer support. There were a few items that did not integrate exactly right, but spending a little time with them cleared everything up. Already impressed with the user interface as well and the ability to control more of the data integration and reliability / real time nature of the feeds.
