Good help from support.
Unfortunately it's not possible to adjust product titles from all languages in the Simprosys interface (this means you have to use supplemental feeds).

Great customer service! I just still find the product itself not super intuitive and would appreciate better training resources (from a ideal set up perspective) so I don't have to keep hassling customer service.
works well, but as a complete novie, I needed support to update certain things. The customer advisor was very helpful and patient and although I didnt complete the tasks I need to do I feel that I can comfortably revisit the chat and ick up where I lfet off
Have not been using for long but the support has been really good when we've needed it and good functionality. My only comment would be that I don't find the app super user friendly.

Assistance from Shums Tak is most helpful in resolving issues identified as conflict with Google's feed app.
I'm just getting to grips with the app as it has a lot of features, so it's early days for me. The support team have been great at helping me sort through the various questions I have and helping get our Google Ads account optimised. On the basis of the support I've had to date and what I hope it can do for us, I would definitely recommend the app.
I used this app it helped to fetch my products to google & Facebook.
overall service is good. It would be great if you could improve quality of your customer support. Most of the time I got good support experience but sometime customer support could not resolve the issue properly.
