Nous avons installé cette app afin de nous aider à installer les différents TAGS utiles à notre shop.
Ces très facile à utiliser pour les non spécialistes comme nous ! Il suffit d'avoir le bon ID de la plateforme et on le colle dans Easy Tag et hop le tour est joué :-)
Cela permet de gagner bcp de temps mais surtout d'être sur que tout est correctement configuré.
De plus, Radi (le CEO je crois) propose un RDV sur Zoom afin de nous expliquer le fonctionnement mais aussi afin de vérifier que tout est correctement fait. Il a pris la main sur mon ordi afin de faciliter le tout et c'était parfait. Maintenant nous avons tous les TAGS dont nous avons besoin et cela pris moins de 10 minutes!!!!
Le téléphone a duré plus de 30 minutes et j'ai appris bcp de choses.
Je ne peux que recommander cette app.

Very good and fast support! Also with video chat. And of course also the app (which usally dont need any support, if you dont have any special needs) runs perfectly. Don't choose any more expensive app. You don't need it. EasyTag is everything you need in regards to tags and datalayer. Thanks.

Suuuuuuuper simple. Very impressive. Friendly and efficient support, as everyone in the reviews has already noted. Rather than trying to solve it myself, I paid 350$ and all is done. Perfect deal! PS: My techy ads-manager is very happy with the clean results, as well.

This guys made an incredible job, it's amazing what their app is doing and the customer service...never saw a person so implicated like Radi. They've fixed all the issues that looked like a chaos at first look and our tracking is very good and well setted up. I recommend 100% and also the service and app worth more than 150$ for sure. Easy installation and very good communication anytime.

This plugin made it easy to add rich data layer information for GA4 and conversion pixels. Support tweaked a few pieces of the code on my store and my Google Tag Manager settings to tailor it for my needs.

I needed this app to help me setup conversion tracking and remarketing tags. Radi was incredibly responsive and helpful. The customer experience and service is top-notch.

The app solves you in few minutes what you will need few weeks to configurate, also because the skills of Radi are crazy , in the meanwhile you see numbers and tags , he sees the code decodified .

The app is not worth the price at all. Its very high for one time fee and here is why, When i pay 149$ i expect Live support or even an instant reply. I've send an email from yesterday yet there is no reply. Even the lowest cost apps which cost 10$ will reply faster than this. Now another part of the problem is there is no guide at all on how you can setup the code, when i want to install the tags, it show we need to add an ID which is something is not telling you on where to get or how, I just setup the tags without an ID and here comes the problem. They are not working and i have to remove them all but there is no option to re do the process. its one time and if you missed up then you have to hire someone who is expert to remove the code and re fix everything from scratch. To bad i've wasted 149$

Very user-friendly application, easy to set up. Clean and simple. I had a special problem with GTM and the support immediately advised me within 10 minutes through Zoom how to solve the error and set the Easy Tag correctly. I highly recommend, it works beautifully. This application deserves more than 5 stars.
