Very receptive customer service. They worked on the issue and helped me. ------------------------------
Perfect. Excellent documentation, easy integration. It took us all of about 20 minutes to get it up and tested.
Integration was easy and didn't take long at all. I'm not at all techie but it was easy to copy and paste the small amount of code. Now just waiting for 100 reviews to turn on the badge. I have other apps by Simprosys InfoMedia and customer service is always great. They respond fast so questions are answered very quickly and needs are taken care of right away.
This app works great and was up and running very fast. I had questions about the setup and their team responded very quickly. I really appreciate their super customer service.
Didn't work for us at all. Was not happy with the app. Nice app owner and available, but I couldn't get it to work properly.
Needed to get some google review for my business and I found out I could do the google opt in, couldn’t figure it out on my own, I think the low one time fee is well worth what I’ll get out of it!

was looking for this app really a good app if you don't have it already get it it's a must have to drive more traffic
App is mostly useless. It installs code google gives you for free. Thats generally fine as its at least supposed to save you the time. However the code that was installed automatically had a bug in it that prevented the popup from working. Therefore had to fix the code and install it myself which defeats the entire purpose. I sent a support ticket before trying to fix it with no response. Out the $ and time as I probably spent more time debugging the issue than just doing it myself from the get-go.

The app "Google Customer Reviews" doesn't work, we 've been expecting to see our business 106 google reviews linked to the website, asked for a refund, sorry not worth the money :( Still waiting for customer support replay.
With this response, I would like to educate other merchants too, Any reviews collected by any other source not covered in the list on this URL(https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/190657?hl=en) will not be accepted by Google. In your case, you wanted to connect your Local Business reviews with the Online Seller Rating program of "Google Customer Reviews".

We already had approved the refund request around 11 hours ago and within 12 hours of your request. Kindly look at the screenshot.
