I used this app to get my Shopify store connected to Google's Marketplace. I am so grateful for the simplicity and support. I enjoyed the way it took me step by step through the process.
So far so good, the app does what it's supposed to do although it required understanding a bit of detail from Google's [policy] side of things and then set up each product individually with various properties (not automatic in my experience). Wonder if the app will also work with ~ Actions?

If you are not computer savvy ,them it's a little difficult. No one said google chrome. I was using another web browser an then figured out i needed to use google. 2 Days later i got some of my biggest challenges solved
HORRIBLE!! The customer service on this app is terrible. I received 20 plus messages. Store connected, store suspended, store connected again, someone claimed your URL (it was ME)... Just horrible. Shopify needs to get with Google to correct this. I have been dealing with this for two weeks. Every SINGLE day I get a different message from them. Accepted...Suspended...Misrepresentation...claim website. The cycle continues. Shopify just tells you to contact Google. This is an APP issue

I am new to this but expect great results since its Google, Which should guide me through every process.
I will say it does its job of submitting products to google merchant centre.... however, that is as far as I can say as for how good the app is.
Easy to filter through google shopping fields? No. One at a time or not at all.
Easy to find your products based on the google shopping ID? No.
Download a .csv or excel file of the google shopping feed, and reimport to update the google shopping fields? No.
These are all simple, and obvious tasks, and without the ability to carry these out it is extremely difficult for high-number-of-products stores like ours!

I have been very hesitant to use Google channel as I thought it's too complicated but its straight forward to set up. I am amazed at the short time it took to set up and wondering why I couldn't do it before. Great Job!

Google really makes it difficult to post items on their platform. I have spent countless hours trying to figure out why NONE of my merchandise is approved to list on their platform. I have specifically asked them hat needs to be done, no one has an answer they just keep sending me the same messages over and over with no assistance or instructions even AFTER I emailed them asking for help. This is a joke!!! They are either suspending my account or not approving anything I upload. I hate it!!!
