Been trying all day to speak with support about how I've been having an issue with the Google Shopping App in our Shopify store. No matter how much I shorten the product description, the warning always appears stating that the description is too long. Nobody seems to know what to do and I keep getting sent back and forth to different support people as Shopify and Google support point the finger at each other and shrugging off the problem as "not theirs"

As so many others have said, this is easy to initially set up, but the editing is atrocious. Google disapproved many products. I've wanted to go in to make edits, but there is no way to filter, so every product we've EVER had in our store shows up--not just those that are currently available. SO TEDIOUS.

I struggled; boy did I struggle at the beginning. This wasn't due to App though. It was due to a lack of knowledge on my behalf. Without any assistance, I conquered, {I think] So if I can anyone can. Highly recommend this app!
Eigentlich 0 Sterne. GMC Acc gesperrt und Google Ads Acc gesperrt aufgrund der Übermittlung falscher oder teilweise garkeiner Daten, obwohl diese hinterlegt sind. Verantwortung dafür übernimmt am Ende auch keiner. Lasst die Finger davon und zahlt lieber ein paar Euro für einen qualitativ hochwertigen Datenfeed.

My site was originally not in compliance with Google shopping guidelines, and customer support was so helpful in assisting me to make the necessary corrections.
A little bit scary as to what google does in the background which you dont know about, and confusing to control.
However, it is definitely driving traffic and sales to our site and we are seeing increased sales of our teas and gifts. It would be easy to lose control of your spending so be careful and dont get carried away!
I really like it got me to where I need to be to get my website up and going to be able to post different tr things that I want to sell
App does not save metafields for products. I fill out what it wants and it will not stay saved. This is extrememly frustrating.
