I am not sure just yet on how I like the app since I'm bearly getting to use it but I am sure that I will enjoy it
perfect with google always amazing very easy to use this app im very grateful for use google for my store
I used this app to help reach more customers. I like how it shares media/pics of our inventory and store.
Bit early to tell so far it may take me some time to get used to it and all of its features..This is all a bit new to me,so I don’t really know yet.
My products all failed review on the google side, yet app still shows them pending. No information as to why the upload was rejected but my Google Merchant Center account was suspended after using. Reached out to Shopify customer support and they did not seem to know why. Google told me the store was missing refund policies which show on checkout, but that doesn't seem to be where google wants them. I've gotten FBA, EBay, Facebook all working this thing is a hot mess.
I love this app, i would recommend shopify to everyone. very user friendly i am a etsy seller and from experience they can be much at times so simple and educational
Great app. It is a time saver. Now I don't have to take time to edit my product list and refresh the import data into google. One downside is that I can only edit 25 products at a time with the app.
love it very handy... easy to use ...no technical skills required... all happened in a jiffy... plus the ease of showing your products to your targeted country and audience... just awesome
Really easy to roll out and start using. Three main critique points:
Uses weird ID's in feed and ecomm_prodid making it difficult to work in tandem with other tools and supplementary feeds.
Second is a general Shopify issue: Bulk editing is very ineffective!
Third: No control of when products are synced, and which fields. E.g Google Product Category is not synced and sunk hours into setting them!

We really appreciate hearing from our merchants, as it helps us to continue working with our developers to improve the Google Shopping app.
There is a few points here to unpack, so I'm going to follow up with you directly via e-mail! Keep an eye out for that.
I will mention that we use specific Shopify Product IDs to help us clearly identify the product data that we're importing to the Google Merchant Center. This is important since we want to be able to easily identify what product data is from us and what product data is from a third-party feed.
As for the application failing to sync certain fields, this is certainly not what is expected! I'll speak to you more about this via e-mail and our next steps, but just know that all Google fields should be synced without a problem. I'm sorry that that error has affected you!
With that being said, I will be shooting you an e-mail later today with more information and next steps!
