It’s good for setting up it’s just a shame google are taking so long to approve my products. I just want to get going :(

The support service came to me to help me understand my past issues. The app is not fantastic but it works.

I already use google ads and googe merchant on my own company out of shopify. Transfering my products from shopify to merchant was way easier than doing it directly to merchant

A bit challenging but it works out well. There should be help to install accounts on your website for a beginner.

Terrible experience. All my products are not approved. The Google error messages don't really help me fix the issues(s). My mugs are set as unique products. If you are new to something you don't know how to solve the issues.

I have no words! This app is awful. Same problem as most of the 1 star reviews. I've been dealing with this issue since I became a Shopify customer in July 2015. I was immediately suspended from the Google merchant account for misrepresentation as soon as Shopify connected my (2015!) Merchant account and was unable to get approval. I tried with other accounts and the result was the same.

Paola here with Shopify! Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. I completely understand how the Misrepresentation suspension can be confusing. Google does not share with us further details on why they have flagged an account, although I truly wish they did. From our end, as mentioned in previous reviews, we can only provide you guidance based on our own experience. But at the end of the day, it's totally up for Google if they will lift the suspension or not.

It is very straight forward for anything that needs doing. Even creating a new google account to enable it. It is a simple step by step process. There are also different options available should you want paid or free promotion, or both.

I am new to this, and I just Start using it, and doing my own business here. Personally It's awesome honestly, I do love to use this amazing app and it's all beautiful with many useful features and or tools. Generally It should be great if everyone uses this like me. I believe that my experience will be wonderful when I am using the app, and it helps me a lot with my business now. Hope everyone enjoy when use it and share this to your friends family and your beloved. Do not forget to use and share this so that everybody can have a great time with this.

This app works as described, but I have 2 issues.
1- Google makes it almost impossible to set up a feed and I had to resort to online forums and calling some friends to help me out. You literally have to jump through hoops to get this set up, especially the FREE listings.
2- Support is not good, period. I used their support link and got a response in exactly 24 hours, not horrible but not good either. I then sent a follow up question, and have been waiting since. I will start searching the web for the solution as the support here is of no help.
But once you get this down, Im sure its a very good app. Thus the 3 stars.
