Beware the app doesnt have any option to specify if the tax / GST gets added to the product price when setting the "price" attribute in the field. Google has recently made its "price" validation mandatory to check the final check out price and is disapproving feed items and eventually suspending account because of this issue.

My merchant account is now suspended because my INR based site's data feed isn't including the tax amount. The app needs fixing ASAP otherwise abstain from using this app.

Its a long process i'm still waiting to be connected so i start. its just not for me i waiting for things.

Hi there, thank you for providing us your feedback today! It's very important to us that we hear from our merchants about their experience.

It can take up to fifteen days for your ads to start appearing across Google's surfaces. Google's optimization period takes thirty days in total for its algorithm to learn where, when, and how to place your products.

You should start seeing some impressions once the fifteen-day period ends, but the campaign will not be fully optimized until the end of the thirty days. Please be patient whilst the optimization takes place!

The channel gave me some problems and I needed help from Support. With their help my problems are now solved and everything is working fine.

Very happy with the install and set up process, I got 90 or so disapproved Items but was able to edit and products were then approved.

Small issue that I cannot set a manual CPC on the smart shopping campaign , but I can just pause this in shopify and set up my own campaign in google adwords and have full control over bid strategy.

So far so good..

Easy to set up. Most of it was free i would recommend to any business. Online sales has become more and more frequent.

The software was hard to use. I eventually worked it out. But the verifying and claiming website process was very confusing.

I used this app and shortly after my Google My Business profile was suspended. The only thing that changed was using this app. We've had no problems since 2014. Google won't tell me what their problem is now. Awful customer service. We're a brick and mortar bookshop and absolutely qualify. I can only assume this app is to blame. I would avoid it like the plague.

Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your experience with the Google channel app. The Google Channel is used to sync product information to your Google Merchant Centre and Google Ads accounts. The channel does not have an association with the Google My Business part of Google's platform, and we do not sync any data to those account types. Installing the app for my store viveoro.com and the integration with Merchant Center took a bit longer. It doesn't integrate inventory quickly or immediately. I hope at least that Shopify properly integrates the SEO keywords for appearing on Google Shopping
