I had some issues but not where it’s been a bad experience so far I’m liking it it’s good it helps my website Grow so I’m liking it right now. So far so good.

This application can help associate products and parameters in the three software, which is more convenient, but the results of synchronization between different store sites are quite different, some are associated with merchant center, some are associated with merchant center next, but the interface of next is more concise and practical, and it cannot be unified. Now I can only find the next interface to convert to the traditional interface, and there is no traditional interface to convert to the next operation. I hope to improve it and witness the development together with this application.

Easy to use and very helpful for channelize your business.

IT's now 2 Months that we've tried to use this Apps. Google Merchant still declined us with : "Account suspended due to policy violation: Misrepresentation" without helping us out to identify the problem.
They send a Generic email very vague and useless to identify the issue.
We were expecting a deep more and integrated solution. But sound it is not!

Since the installation of this App, we've published on EBAY and AMAZON all our 600 products without any issues with another App!

really disappointed with this platform, I advise anyone who is considering advertising to think carefully before choosing this Google, today I am telling you my experience, I paid more than $700 in nothing sometimes they spend 60$ in 30 seconds and I have never had customer service, instead I contact them they respond to me after 5 days to say we can do nothing for you, I don't know if this service is the same everywhere in the world or well only in Morocco in Africa! this is the app.
in addition they say that you are looking for a $250 bonus, I got nothing, I have been in e-commerce for 4 years I tried several advertising platforms and today I tell you that Google is the most zero in terms of customer service in terms of cost of expenditure, and performance, lies...

Absolutely awful. The instructions are unreliable and WRONG. Does NOT automatically pick up the variant SKU, even though this content is correctly added in the native MPN field of Shopify *and* in the additional custom field that Google Merchant Center added for MPN. No customization rules beyond overly simple options for title and description. Totally useless if you actually want to sell products on Merchant Center. This is yet another garbage piece of software made by Google. Literally a waste of time.

Nice app and does what it says it should do. Coming from other experiences it's very nice.

However, how is there no sort or filter for managing products to edit them? It's just an infinite scroll? Who thought this up?

I have 1600+ SKUS and to make edits on an infinite scroll page is absolutely mind meltingly tedious work.

Please fix and I would happily give 5 stars.

The app is terrible for those who have products with multiple variations. I have products that have 40 variations (considering color and size), as they are clothing items. It doesn't recognize either color or size in the variations and limits the display on Google. Moreover, the useful feature that allowed mapping what was size and color has disappeared.

I can't believe that two major companies like Google and Shopify, leaders in their respective sectors, could have such a poor integration. Many other platforms, even smaller and local ones, have a better integration.
